Uwe has been the Finance Director for Swan Valley Connections since 2010.  Uwe has over 35 years of experience as a financial officer for both non-profit and for profit organizations, ranging from secondary school systems to a brewery distributing regionally to eight states in the Pacific Northwest.

As Finance Director, Uwe works directly with the board of directors to maintain fiscal controls and provide financial planning oversight, including budgeting, financial reporting and cost analysis.  In addition, Uwe is responsible for all accounting & reporting related to individual grant funding requirements, specific program areas & initiatives, and state & federal reporting and compliance.
